Shunt open

Ryan had a rough night. They had to do an emergency surgery last night to make an effort to fix her shunt. As soon as they opened up her chest they noticed that Ryan's shunt was open. They don't know if it was the blood thinners or just the opening of the chest that loosened the clot. We just know that she is now getting the blood flow that she needs. The next step will be closing up her chest. She is due for that on Thursday. Thanks to you all for supporting us as we fight for the life of our little girl.

  5. It was the hand of the Lord moving mightily on her behalf, I PRAISE HIM! May He continue to do miraculous works in her and through her and leave the doctors in wonderment! Keep pressing through little Ryan! We know you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength, you too Jared & Michelle! We too have been facing tremendous challenges but the Lord has always been faithful so lean into Him as far as you can-farther than you ever knew possible! Much love your way!!!

  6. After reading this a scripture popped into my head but I could not remember where it came from so last night, I scanned the bible trying to find it and there it was:

"you are my firstborn, my might, the first sign of my strength, excelling in honor, excelling in power." Genesis 49:2-4

You and Michelle are amazing in your strength and faith - I am so inspired by your journey and I know when this road gets to be too much to handle, GOD WILL CARRY you through so hang in there kids - this too shall pass and though Ryan has already made an inredible impact on so many lives, you will be rewarded in ways none of us could ever imagine!! GOD BLESS - sending love in prayer from Texas!!
